Id prefer to give this a better chance

Im in China. Id like to translate both ways, but mainly Chinese to English. All I get is time outs, on wifi or otherwise.

There is an in-app comment option to send an email to the app support people. The email bounced.

I went directly to the company website (using two browsers) and I got a page that was empty except for "welcome to thimarsoft."

So, I tried, in what I think are reasonable ways, to discuss the problem out of the public eye, but obviously nothing worked.

Im using an iPhone 6 with the current version of iOS.
